  The people here are very welcoming. They have an informal attitude (and start about 8 minutes late to prove it ;-)), but a bright spirit. Emphasis on the Spirit is strong. And the music is jubilant. The music is so jubilant, however, you may want to wear earplugs if you value long term hearing abilities. It was about 110 decibels so we had to sit farther back at the beginning of the music set.
